Request deletion of your account and personal data
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
Option 1: Within the App (Web Version)
- Log in to your account on the web version
- Go to Settings tab
- Scroll to "Data & Privacy" section
- Click "Delete Account" button
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Click "Delete Account" to proceed
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to our support team:
support@thepracticebook.co.zaInclude in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Brief confirmation that you want to delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, photo)
- All progress and statistics
- Exercise history and attempts
- Achievements and badges
- XP, coins, and diamonds
- Streak information
- Any other personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
