At The Practice Book, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our subscription plans and one-time purchases.

By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your transaction.

2. Exam Pass (One-Time Purchase)

The Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that provides full access to all content until the next exam session (June or November).

Refund Eligibility:

• Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you have not accessed any premium content (chapters, exercises, or notes beyond the free tier).
• After accessing premium content: Refunds are not available once you have accessed any premium content, as the digital product has been delivered.
• After 14 days: Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage.

3. Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Subscription provides ongoing access to all content with automatic monthly billing.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

Refunds:

• We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days in your current billing period.
• If you cancel, you retain access until your paid period expires.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant transaction or order IDs

5. Refund Processing

Timeframe:

• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
• The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Services you paid for:

• Please contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
• If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund, account credit, or subscription extension at our discretion.
• Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence to be eligible for consideration.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after accessing premium content
• Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests made outside the eligible refund period
• Purchases made using promotional codes or during special offers (unless otherwise stated)
