Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:

Option 1: Within the App (Web Version)

Log in to your account on the web version at https://your-app-url.com
Go to the Settings tab
Scroll to the "Data & Privacy" section
Click the "Delete Account" button
Type DELETE to confirm
Click "Delete Account" to proceed

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to our support team:

support@thepracticebook.co.za

Include in your email:

Your registered email address
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Brief confirmation that you want to delete your account

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, photo)
All progress and statistics
Exercise history and attempts
Achievements and badges
XP, coins, and diamonds
Streak information
Any other personal data associated with your account

⚠️ Important:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
